Well, my laptop died on Friday. The fan had hair/dust/god knows what stuck in the blades, causing the fan to quit and overheated the system. They tried 2 other fans - both of them got shorted out as well.I'm really pissed off that they had the audacity to say "Well, we only sell computers that we know are going to last more than a year." Riiiight. That thing BARELY made a year. Probably 7 months.
I feel so incredibly gullible for buying that thing, but I wouldn't have done the flats for the last few issues of the Uniques, since I didn't have anything else to do them on. Better than nothing, I guess. =/

But I have a pretty awesome new one now, so it's all good. The fan doesn't rattle, the headphone jack doesn't wiggle around, it holds a charge pretty well and I can actually run programs on it. HOT DAMN. =O

Now I'm off to go pick up my old computer and eat sushi. XD
